SkyVue could be launched cheaper than Sky Habitat

CapitaLand is expected to launch its 694-unit  at Sky Vue shortly after Keppel Land previewed its 726-unit project known as the Glades at Tanah Merah in early september and reportedly sold 80-90 units at an ASP of ~SGD1,500 psf.
